The risk is on us. We work with a fixed price and a fixed lead time. If we find a larger scope during week 1 or 2, we move it to the roadmap as a follow-up sprint, and deliver within 4 weeks what we initially agreed.
Working AI in 4 weeks, live in your production environment
No report gathering dust. No demo on our servers. An AI solution that takes work off your team's hands every working day, on your data, in your systems, with a substantiated business case and a roadmap for what comes next.
Five concrete outcomes after four weeks of working together
AI in Business is built around one promise: at the end you have something that works, you know what it's worth, and you know where the next win sits.
Time savings felt immediately
One process running faster, more consistently, or with less manual work from week 4.
Substantiated business case
Baseline jointly captured in week 1, ROI evaluation four to eight weeks after go-live. Honest measurement, on your data.
Concrete proof
Something to show stakeholders that works. No strategy deck, no pilot promise.
Living roadmap
Insight into where the next win sits and how big it is. Available online, stays relevant.
Confidence at your own pace
After 4 weeks you know what AI does for your organisation, on your own data. No more assumptions.
Five choices we commit to upfront
We work in a fixed way because that's what makes the difference between an AI pilot that ends up in a drawer, and an AI solution that lasts years.
Live in your production environment
We build on your data, in your systems. At the end it's there, in daily use by your team. No demo, no standalone prototype.
Built on foundation
We reuse proven building blocks from our own internal system. Faster and more stable than from scratch, and everything is transferable.
Technical depth, no jargon
Traceable answers, audit trails, EU hosting, no lock-in to one model. We translate technology into usability.
Adoption as shared discipline
We deliver a working system, transfer knowledge, and stand beside you in adoption. Organisational anchoring stays your organisation's ownership, because that's where the real change happens.
We share our progress
Are we building something for other clients that also makes your roadmap cheaper or less complex? Then you hear it from us.
Understand first, build second
Weeks 1 and 2 are for research and validation. Weeks 3 and 4 are for build and production. At the end of week 1 we look together at whether we continue.
Intake and analysis
Kickoff, interviews, system discovery, identifying opportunities. End-of-week: scope confirmation and baseline agreement.
Modeling and scoping
Process model, AI opportunity scoring, ROI calculation, prioritisation. We choose together what to build.
Prototype and build
Validate quickly, then production build on reusable foundation. Mid-build show halfway through.
Integration and delivery
Live in your customer environment, core team training, roadmap, final presentation, ROI evaluation appointment.
No scope-creep, no surprises
AI in Business is always 4 weeks. Does a larger opportunity surface mid-way that doesn't fit in 4 weeks? It stays on the roadmap and we pick it up in a follow-up sprint or retainer. What we start now, we deliver in 4 weeks.
Seven concrete deliverables
In your systems, in daily use by your team.
Process inventory, AI opportunities, prioritisation, ROI per opportunity.
Online, living, stays relevant after delivery.
Baseline captured in week 1. Evaluation four to eight weeks after go-live.
1 or 2 people from your team are trained. We stand beside you in adoption.
EU AI Act risk assessment, data flows, audit trail configuration.
Blog post, short video, or client interview, only with mutual agreement.
One fixed price, one clear agreement
No hourly billing, no open end. The risk of overrun is on us.
- At startEUR 6,250
- On deliveryEUR 6,250
- API and hosting during buildIncluded
What we've built before
Three production systems showing that we deliver on this promise.
Bolsenbroek
1000+ hours saved per year, 8 percent faster per valuation. Image Analyzer in daily use.
Read the case →Salvation Army and Wender
24/7 multilingual triage for five chain partners sharing one intake. Proof of scale and collaboration.
AI Jurist
Objection automation with direct access to jurisprudence. A legal knowledge base that doesn't just search, but reasons along.
Three paths after the four weeks
No lock-in. At the end of week 4 there's a working system and a roadmap. You choose how to continue.
Retainer
Fixed hours per month for further development, maintenance, model updates and knowledge base maintenance.
Follow-up sprints
Build further per 2-week sprint on next roadmap items. Each with its own scope and delivery.
Independent with handover
You continue yourself. We remain available on hourly basis and signal when our developments touch your roadmap.
Does this fit your organisation?
We're selective. AI in Business works best in a specific context, and we'd rather say no upfront than halfway.
Yes, if
- You know AI offers opportunities but lack concrete production proof internally
- There's a process with repetitive, rule-based or text-intensive work
- Minimum savings potential of EUR 25,000 per year on the process
- Mandate present: decision-maker decides, stakeholders available
- Organisation size 15+ employees
- Willingness to free up people for interviews and validation
No, if
- There's no concrete pain point yet, just "wanting to do something with AI"
- Full autonomy is expected without human-in-the-loop
- There's no budget or mandate for production implementation after the track
- The compliance or risk profile doesn't fit our acceptance criteria
What clients ask upfront
Default: EU hosting via DigitalOcean Europe. We work in your production environment and build inside your systems. Want to run the solution on your own infrastructure? Subject to preparation, that's also possible. No data export to US parties without explicit agreement.
We're model-agnostic. Claude, GPT, Gemini, or open-source, the best model per task. Have a clear preference, for example because of an existing license? Then we follow that preference and explain when another model would deliver more value.
That's not a blocker. We need one key team member as point of contact (not necessarily an IT role) and access to relevant systems. The technical implementation is on us. We can manage hosting for you at cost price after delivery, or hand it over to your own environment.
A decision-maker with mandate, 2-3 process experts (for interviews in week 1-2), one key user for the mid-build show in week 3, and a key team member who adopts the solution internally. Estimate: 8-12 hours per person across the 4 weeks, concentrated in week 1.
Three paths, your choice: a retainer for further development, 2-week sprints for next roadmap items, or independent with handover. We stay with you in adoption for the first weeks regardless, and schedule a ROI evaluation moment four to eight weeks after go-live.
From around 15 employees. Below that threshold, the savings potential of EUR 25,000+ per year is rarely realistic on a single process, and a working AI track is often overkill. For smaller teams we have other options, get in touch.
