Do I need to be able to program?
No. You type plain language, the way you would ask a colleague something. The workshop is built for non-technical professionals.
Make ChatGPT or Claude a fixed work partner for tasks you already do. In 2 hours you set up your own AI assistant on your own platform. No technical skills needed.
From public sector to SMEs: businesses building their AI systems with And AI.

You asked ChatGPT or Claude a question, got a decent answer, and closed it again. It never became a habit.
A draft email, a report, a summary: the start is the hardest part, and that is where your time goes.
You know AI can help, but not which work to hand over or how to write a good instruction.
Can this document go into an AI tool? What happens to your data? That uncertainty holds you back from using AI seriously.
This is what you take back to work
You set up an assistant that knows who you are, what it does and does not do, and which tone it uses.
You add your documents, style guides and data, so the assistant answers based on your reality.
From loose questions to a reusable setup: a template or agent that saves you time every week.
You practise the check step on facts, figures and confidentiality, and understand where your data goes.
Who is this workshop for?
Who tried AI before but never gave it a fixed place
Who want to write, summarise and prepare faster
Who want to run their own work week smarter
2 hours hands-on: a short framing, then you work yourself with guidance. Anthonie gives the context and the boundaries, Stefan leads the work on both platforms.
For those who want the strongest, most steerable assistant, independent of an existing platform. You give your assistant knowledge through files and instructions in a Project.
For organisations already working in Microsoft 365. You set up a persona or agent inside Copilot that already knows your Microsoft data (permission-aware). Requires a paid M365 Copilot licence.
Anthonie sets the context: why an assistant that knows your role works differently than a generic chatbot, and how you connect the platform choice to your own organisation and data policy.
You give your assistant a role, context and tone, and add your own knowledge: documents, style guides and data on your own platform.
You turn a task you do every week into a reusable template or agent, and practise the check step on every output.
A second use case or an extra integration. Stefan walks around, nobody gets stuck.
AI implementation & hands-on guidance
Background in Human Technology (Hanze). Builds AI agents and AI infrastructure daily, and guides participants step by step on both platforms.
AI strategy & context
Provides the framing and the context: where AI delivers the most and how you use it responsibly within your organisation.
In 2 hours you set up your own AI assistant on your own platform and capture your first recurring task.
You notice the time savings from the next day. One task you do every week, you capture as a fixed way of working. What you set up here, you use on your own work tomorrow.
You work in your own Claude or Copilot environment. Copilot only sees what you are allowed to see; with Claude you decide what you upload.
No. You type plain language, the way you would ask a colleague something. The workshop is built for non-technical professionals.
If your organisation already runs fully on Microsoft 365, Copilot is the logical choice: your assistant knows your mail, SharePoint and Teams right away. If you want a platform-independent, highly steerable assistant, choose Claude. Both variants have the same learning goals.
You learn how data flows on each platform: Copilot only sees what you are allowed to see, with Claude you decide what you upload. We cover the GDPR and the check step on every output.
A configured assistant on your own platform (Claude Project or Copilot persona), a prompt template for your recurring tasks, a cheat sheet and a certificate of participation. From the next day you put it straight to work.
