Why this conversation now, not later

In one deal, the AI landscape moved from experiment to strategic choice. Sound familiar?

News without translation

You read about AI breakthroughs every day — Google + Anthropic, OpenAI, Mistral — but you don't know what it concretely means for your organization.

No strategy, just tools

Everyone is experimenting with ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot. No one is steering. No shared approach, no cost control, no privacy agreements.

Competitors are ahead

Competitors say they are "AI-first". You feel you're behind — but you don't know where to start to catch up.

Which model? Which vendor?

Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini? Cloud or on-premise? US, EU or open-source? The choice is strategic — but no one explains it in your language.

What the workshop delivers

From AI news to a concrete leadership decision in one half day

Personal AI action plan

A 90-day action plan per participant, board-ready, with priorities and ownership. Not an abstract 18-month roadmap.

Impact x Feasibility framework

5-10 sector-specific AI opportunities, ranked on impact and feasibility. Ready for the next leadership meeting.

Live demos, no theory

Claude, ChatGPT and sector-specific tools side by side. You see the difference, you feel the difference — and you know which to use where.

Risk and compliance check

Privacy, data sovereignty, and the EU AI Act in one checklist. Which applications fall under which risk category, and what that means for your vendor choices.

Substantiated business case

An ROI calculation in board language: investment, payback time, risks. Not "AI is the future" — but numbers that convince the board.

Leadership-wide alignment

8-15 participants in one session. Not one AI evangelist against the rest — but a shared narrative from day one.

Trusted by public and commercial organisations

From the energy sector to social services — organisations shaping their AI strategy with And AI.

Frequently asked questions

The questions we hear most often this week, after the Google-Anthropic news

Google just put $40 billion into Anthropic. Should we all switch to Claude now?

Not automatically. It is a strong signal that Anthropic and Claude are here to stay as a serious player. In the workshop we look at each use case and decide which model fits best — sometimes that's Claude (for complex analysis or legal text), sometimes GPT-5 (for broad tooling), sometimes an open-source model (for data sovereignty). The choice is strategic, not fashionable.

Our IT says we should wait until the dust settles. Are they right?

Waiting costs more than entering carefully. Competitors who build an AI strategy now will have a 12-18 month lead that's hard to close later. The workshop is about entering wisely — not about embracing everything at once.

We already use ChatGPT. Do we still need this workshop?

Almost every organization uses something — but without a strategy. The workshop moves you from "everyone doing their own thing" to a single agreed action plan that the leadership team approves and that covers cost control, privacy, and governance.

How long does the workshop take?

Half a day (about 4 hours), at your location or online. Includes coffee, optional lunch, and a short follow-up call after 2 weeks to review progress on the action plan.

Does it fit our sector?

We work sector-specifically. In the strategy call we ask about your industry, processes, and data context. Examples, demos, and cases are tailored accordingly — no generic "AI in healthcare" presentation if you're in financial services.

What about the EU AI Act?

We include the relevant EU AI Act context in the risk and compliance checklist. Which AI applications fall under which risk category, and what that means for your vendor and data choices — concrete, not legalese.

What if we don't have an action plan after the workshop?

It rarely happens — the dual facilitation and standard programme are built specifically to prevent that. If it does, we schedule a free follow-up session until the plan is in place.
