What you have at the end

Not a practice model you throw away, but an assistant that knows your role and context and actually takes over real work from tomorrow.

A configured assistant

An assistant on your platform (Claude or Copilot) that knows your role, tone and context. Not a generic chatbot, but your personal work assistant.

At least one real task completed

During the workshop you carried out a real work task, checked it and approved it. You know what it feels like when AI genuinely takes over work.

A reusable setup

A prompt template or recurring task instruction you can use again every week. Your assistant saves you time structurally.

Employees who know the basics

You have worked with ChatGPT or Copilot before, but your prompt keeps returning a generic answer. This workshop teaches you to fix that structurally.

Professionals who want to save time

Anyone with daily recurring tasks (emails, reports, research, summaries) who wants to tackle them smarter without a technical detour.

Teams in a Microsoft 365 environment

Departments that already have Copilot licences and finally want that tool to work for their specific tasks instead of generic questions.

What do you get?

Everything to get started with your assistant from tomorrow

Your configured assistant

An assistant tailored to you on your platform, ready to use. No empty start screen, but a working setup.

Prompts and template

Your own prompt templates for the tasks you practised during the workshop, directly reusable for next week.

Cheatsheet

A concise reference document with the check step, instruction tips and platform-specific shortcuts, for daily use.

Certificate

A participation certificate that demonstrates your AI literacy, in line with the EU AI Act Art. 4 requirement.

What you’ll learn

The key concepts behind a personal AI assistant that actually works, in plain language and applied immediately on your platform.

Assigning role and context

How to instruct an assistant step by step: who it is, what it does and does not do, what tone it uses.

Adding knowledge

How to feed your assistant with your documents, style guides and data, so it answers based on your reality.

Iterating and refining

How to steer an output with plain language: shorter, more formal, different perspective. Prompting is a skill you practise here.

The check step

Every output you check for facts, figures, confidentiality and tone. Recognising what an AI does well and less well is the core of AI literacy.

Understanding data and permissions

Which data goes where? Copilot only sees what you are allowed to see; with Claude you decide what you upload. Working with AI consciously and responsibly.

Capturing recurring tasks

From loose questions to a reusable setup: a template or agent that saves you time every week, without extra effort.

The programme

2 hours hands-on: brief framing, then work on your own with guidance. Anthonie provides the context and framing, Stefan leads the work on both platforms.

Variant A: Claude

For those who want the most powerful, most controllable assistant, independent of an existing platform. You explicitly give your assistant knowledge via files and instructions in a Project.

Variant B: Microsoft Copilot

For organisations already fully in Microsoft 365. You set up a persona or agent within Copilot, which already knows your Microsoft data (permission-aware). Requires a paid M365 Copilot licence.

Intro · Anthonie

From loose prompts to an assistant that knows you

Anthonie sketches the context: why an assistant that knows your role works differently from a generic chatbot, and how you match your platform choice (Claude or Copilot) to your own organisation and data policy.

Block 1 · guided

Set up your assistant

You configure role, instructions and knowledge on your platform. With Claude: a Project with custom instructions and your own files as a knowledge source. With Copilot: a persona linked to your M365 context. By the end of this block your assistant knows your work.

Block 2 · guided

Apply it to real work

You use your assistant on real work tasks: answering email in your tone, summarising documents with action points, research, analysis. Including the mandatory check step: you check every output for facts, figures, confidentiality and tone before you use it. That is exactly the AI literacy the EU AI Act requires of employees.

Block 3 · for fast workers

Save a recurring task

Done with Block 1 and 2? Save a recurring task instruction: with Claude a Project template or saved prompt, with Copilot a prompt library or simple agent. Room to keep building at your own pace.

Block 3 is optional for participants who work through Blocks 1 and 2 quickly. Stefan walks around; no one gets stuck.

Frequently asked questions

Which variant should I choose: Claude or Microsoft Copilot?

Is your organisation fully in Microsoft 365? Then the Copilot variant is the logical choice: your assistant immediately knows your own email, SharePoint and Teams. Prefer a platform-independent, highly controllable assistant? Choose Claude. Both variants have the same learning goals and the same end result; only the platform differs.

Do I need technical knowledge?

No. This workshop is designed for employees without a technical background. You set up your assistant using plain language: specifying role, instructions and knowledge. No code, no settings menus.

What should I bring?

Your own laptop and 1 to 2 real work tasks you currently spend time on. The more concrete, the more you get out of the workshop straight away. We arrange the environment.

Do I need a Copilot licence for the Microsoft variant?

Yes. For the Copilot variant you need a paid Microsoft 365 Copilot licence in your own tenant. Without a licence you can only observe. Also check whether agent and persona features have been enabled by your tenant admin. We always work with test data, no production-sensitive information. We discuss this during the intake.

Is my data safe?

Yes. With the Copilot variant the assistant is permission-aware: it only sees what you yourself are already allowed to see in Microsoft 365. With the Claude variant we work in a prepared workspace with files you upload. We always use test data and discuss data policy in the intro.

How big is the group?

We work with 8 to 20 participants. Small enough to guide everyone personally, large enough to learn from each other’s use cases.

What does the workshop cost?

The workshop starts from €149 per person (open enrolment) or from €2,500 excl. VAT for an in-company session on location. The exact price depends on group size and any customisation. Request a quote for a tailored proposal.

Will my assistant keep working after the workshop?

Yes. You leave with a configured assistant on your own platform, a prompt template for your regular tasks and a cheatsheet. With the Claude variant your Project is ready in your own account; with Copilot your persona is live in your own tenant. You can start using it the very next day.
